During the early 1900s, black segregation and racism was at an
all-time high in South Africa, white settlers were moving in and taking over
businesses, farms, and companies run by the black population of the country. The
apartheid in South Africa, otherwise known as the form of government in which
segregation was present, tested the strengths and will power of many as they
fought to get back what was rightfully theirs; whether or not it meant risking
their own lives to do so.
